Welcome to Heera Diary. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Heera Diary mobile application (the "App"), developed to assist diamond workers in logging and managing their daily activities.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
The App is designed for individual diamond workers. To use Heera Diary, you must register and authenticate using your Google Account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration profile information (such as your full name, phone number, and optional profile picture).
- Maintain the security of your authentication sessions.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
2. Use of Services & Logging
Heera Diary provides digital ledger services allowing users to:
- Log daily diamond work entries (category, quantity of pieces, rates, and notes).
- Automatically calculate daily/monthly earnings based on logged rates.
- Request salary advances and track remaining salary balances.
- Export monthly work history and reports to PDF formats.
You are solely responsible for all entries and data logged into your diary. Heera Diary does not verify the accuracy of your entries or salary agreements with your employer.
3. Salary Advances
The salary advance tracker in the App is for personal record-keeping and convenience only. Requests for salary advances are subject to limits calculated from your logged earnings. Actual payouts, terms, and agreements are decided solely between you and your employer. Heera Diary does not disburse, lend, or handle any actual financial transactions.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the App's servers or cloud databases.
- Log fraudulent, malicious, or deliberately inaccurate data to exploit App calculations.
- Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any portion of the App.
5. Intellectual Property
Heera Diary, including its logos, designs, user interface elements, source code, and assets, is the property of the App developers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal record-keeping.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unauthorized activity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your logged data will never be lost. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or loss of data.
